The Lighthouse ProjectLouth Lions are working in partnership with the Lighthouse Project which is being run at the Methodist Church in Louth. The Lighthouse Project is setting up a weekly cookery club to help people to learn to cook a range of healthy recipes. It is being run by Heather Jeffrey using one of the halls in the church. The Lions are supporting by buying equipment, utensils, and some food stuffs up to the value of £1,600. The community champions from both Morrisons and the Co-op in Louth are also supporting the project.
